BATTERY PACK WELDING NICKEL TABS
We offer pure nickel strip for battery pack manufacturing, now in pre-cut tabs. There’s nothing more annoying than cutting nickel so let us do it for you with our computerized cutting machines!
This is over 99.9% pure N6 nickel. Perfect for using with batteries to weld batteries together or weld battery solder tabs on.
If you’re not sure what size to buy, usually 10mm x 0.15mm is a very safe bet for most projects.
The 30mm length is great for welding 18650, 20700, or 21700 batteries together. It’s also great for using as a battery solder tab on those or other cells.
0.15mm thickness is slightly thicker than the American sized 0.005″ (it’s about 0.006″).
For your convenience, if you need to cut custom lengths we also offer this product separately as full battery nickel strip rolls (click here).
If you need a different length and will be buying in bulk we can probably cut your tabs for you, feel free to contact us for a custom quote. Also if you need battery tabs welded to the batteries, we can offer this service as well.
